Our second Annual Holiday Cookie Bake-Off was a sweet success as our community came together to support our homeless families. Williams Sonoma generously hosted our cookie contest and sale while volunteers offered their impeccable baking skills. With much variety to choose from, the time and thought put into each cookie was obvious. We thank all of our bakers and contestants who contributed to our bake sale, which helped us raise awareness about our programming.
Congratulations to all of winners:
- Adult Division: Lisa Cowley, Caitlyn Ferrara, Mary Hogarth
- Junior Division: Samantha Osborne, Emma Kelner, Madison Beavary
A special thanks to our judges: Gail Kingman of Sweet Passion Cakery in Warren, Hadley Gustason of The Cooking School at Natirar and Anissa Hopkins of Williams-Sonoma.
We would also like to thank Williams Sonoma, Ninety Acres, Candyland Crafts and YESTERcades of Somerville for their generous donation of prizes.
We could not have done it without Pastor Chelsea Miller and the staff of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Thank you for opening your doors for our cookie drop off and packaging!
